The job + The responsibility
Develop and maintain our customer-facing platform using React and Next.js
Work closely with product-, design-, and tech-colleagues in a very lean and agile manner
Integrate RESTful APIs in coordination with Backend Developers
Ensure technical implementation of UI/UX designs meets quality standards
Establish and optimize a design system in collaboration with the design team
Write and maintain tests for functionality, security, and performance
Participate in measuring and iterating on product features
You + Your strengths
A passion for web development with an up-to-date tech stack using React
Experience working with Next.js (App Router, Server Functions, Server Components), TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3
Hands-on experience with modern frontend tools around React, such as Tailwind CSS, React Hook Form, shadcn
Knowledge in AWS is helpful but not mandatory
“You build it, you run it” mindset and experience in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining a web application
Understanding of web performance optimization techniques
Strong english communication skills for effective team collaboration, german is optional
Proactive approach to knowledge sharing and peer support
