Senior Human Resources Manager (m/f/x) in München

In this key role, you will report directly to the CEO/CFO of an international industry company and you will have global responsibility for the international talent and recruiting management.

Being in charge of the budget, your tasks are as follows:

• Responsibility for placing leadership positions through your own industry network, as well as through well defined executive search firms.
• Responsibility for the design and management of the company’s global training portfolio
• Onboarding programs: You will design and oversee international induction programs so that new executives can easily adapt.
• Safety & Compliance Training: Working closely with the HSE department, you will ensure that international certifications and statutory safety briefings for site personnel are delivered and documented without exception.

Your Profile – Industry Insider with HR Excellence

• Extensive industry experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in HR management, staff development or operational management.
• Strong network: You have an active, internationally established network of specialists and executives in the construction industry.
• Expertise in training management: A proven track record in designing and implementing strategic training programs for key technical and operational staff.
• Understanding of the market and technology: You are thoroughly familiar with technical terms within specialist civil engineering, heavy civil engineering or the construction machinery industry.
• Language skills: You are fully proficient in English; any additional languages are a clear advantage given your global context.
• The HQ is based in South East Germany, hybrid work place conditions can be discussed.
