As a Global Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the Sensor Signal Conditioning (SSC) Product Line. You will own the entire lifecycle of your product portfolio from concept to endoflife ensuring its success by aligning customer needs market trends and organizational goals. With a focus on innovation strategy and crossfunctional leadership you will help position our solutions as market leaders. Key Responsibilities:Product Definition and SCOPE Management:Define product requirements setting clear objectives costs and timelines.Mitigate technical and commercial risks in collaboration with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.Serve as the first point of escalation during project execution and support internal and external stakeholders.Business OwnershipManage the gross profit of the product over its lifetime.Maintain and evaluate the product positioning leveraging the (4Ps(Product Price Place Promotion) Own and continuously validate the products business case to ensure market relevance and profitability.  Lifecycle Management  Drive product lifecycle activities including launches updates and endoflife planning.Oversee product change notifications (PCNs) and discontinuation process.Strategic Leadership: Support and contribute to product roadmap definitions.Develop innovative product ideas and USPs to achieve market leadership.Provide input to the product line strategy through indepth customer market and competitive analyses.Gotomarket execution: Define and implement product market Introduction plans ensuring the readiness of product packages training materials and promotions tools.Train and equip the sales force to ensure effective product promotion and adoption.Customer Engagement and DesignIN Support: collaborate with the Business Development Team to monitor and support the DIN funnel. Identify new business opportunities and ensure the teams have the resources to succeed.Market scouting & Innovation:Analyze market trends competitive landscapes and emerging technologies to guide innovation.Propose new business models and makeorbuy strategies for inorganic growth.Qualifications : Degree in Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related fields.6 years of experience in the field of product applications systems engineering product management and program management of ICs.Proven track record of launching innovative ICbased products with a focus on automotive and/or industrial sensors.Strong technical knowledge of pressure sensors and related automotive/industrial applications.Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of engaging executivelevel stakeholders.Entrepreneurial mindset with a customerfocused and teamoriented approach.Business fluency in English; and German is a plus.Willingness to travel internationally.Additional Information : Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose To Make Our Lives Easier.
