Innovation Center Architect

As the Innovation Center Architect you will design and deliver strategic customer engagement experiences that align with business objectives. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create tailored briefings demonstrations and innovation showcases that highlight the companys vision and solutions. Your role will ensure seamless operations strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth through impactful executive interactions.What you get to do in this role: The Solution Consultantis a technical consultantwiththe advanced ability todevelop position andprovideproductspecificsolutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry. Lead the strategy development and execution of a stateoftheart Innovation Center establishing it as a key driver for customer engagement and industry leadership.Design and curate immersive experiences tailored for the Automotive and Manufacturing industries showcasing cuttingedge technologies and digital transformation solutions.Develop and implement a structured feedback mechanism to continuously refine the centers offerings and maximize impact on business outcomes.Actively promote the Innovation Center on social media and industry platforms increasing visibility and thought leadership in Manufacturing and Automotive ecosystems.Leverage major industry fairs and conferences (e.g. Hannover Messe IAA Mobility CES etc.) where the company is present to stay ahead of trends and ensure the center remains an innovation hub.Establish strong connections with other innovation center leads (e.g. Deloitte) to drive synergies share best practices and optimize resources.Conduct competitive analysis on key industry players (Microsoft SAP Salesforce etc.) ensuring the center remains at the forefront of innovation and differentiation in Automotive and Manufacturing.Drive executive engagement collaborating with sales marketing and product teams to align the Innovation Centers vision with corporate strategy and customer expectations. Qualifications : To be successful in this role you have:5 years of experience in customer engagement innovation management digital transformation or industry solutions with a strong focus on Automotive and Manufacturing.Proven track record in building and scaling innovation hubs digital experience centers or similar initiatives.Deep expertise in emerging technologies IoT Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing and cloudbased solutions with the ability to translate these into business value.A natural storyteller and executive communicator able to facilitate engaging sessions workshops and thought leadership discussions specific to Automotive and Manufacturing.Strong crossfunctional collaboration skills working closely with sales marketing and strategic partners to maximize the centers impact.Experience in social media promotion event speaking and executive brandingto enhance visibility and credibility in the Automotive and Manufacturing space.Analytical mindset with the ability to gather feedback assess competitive landscapes and continuously evolve the centers offerings.Passion for innovation customer success and staying ahead of industry trends to make the Innovation Center the leading hub for Automotive and Manufacturing innovation.Not sure if you meet every qualification We still encourage you to apply!
