Deine PositionAs part of a crossfunctional team in the B2C domain you will focus on managing our partner network drafting requirements for their software and hardware solutions and engaging in root cause analyses to provide a high platform stability.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Project Management: Take an active role in supporting the software delivery process focusing on rolling out integration solutions and gathering requirements. Ensure smooth coordination with local and international teams to address individual market needs and work directly with various hardware providers around their interfaces.Technical Contribution: Drive the definition implementation evaluation deployment and enhancement of integration solutions for complex problems. Promote best practices and maintain high technical standards while thinking critically on what could be done better.Innovation Initiatives: Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team to continuously improve our products and processes. Drive these initiatives together with internal and external stakeholders towards rapid execution to manifest 1KOMMA5 leading role in the marketAct as a point of contact for our partner networks and OEM partners supporting efforts to adapt and integrate their solutions with our systems and ensure that things are always running smoothly for our customersDein ProfilThe successful candidate will have:Proven experience in managing complex technical projects that span the intersection of hardware and software productsBroad knowledge of various communication protocols typical for the renewable energy markets like Modbus EEBUS etc.Excitement to perform root cause analyses for existing issues diving deep into the technical implementation of specific hardware integrationsPassion for maintaining a welldocumented knowledge base to share information across the organisation and engage with senior leadersExperience or highly passionate about building innovative energy market solutions that challenge the status quo and usher in a new era of affordable and renewable energy for everyoneFun in solving technical challenges together with internal and external partners while owning the project execution and communicating in an effective mannerAn agile and productoriented mindset and you consider yourself a team playerVery strong written and spoken English skills German is a plusBonus points for:Experience with Modbus TCP hardware integrationExperience building products for the energy marketWe are an ambitious and dynamic company with a talented team.
