GHARAGE Vision Hub is looking for an intern for 6 months in the role of Strategy & Trend Research who is excited about envisioning the future by analyzing trends and the key drivers of change. In your role you will be part of the Vision Team working closely with Amanda our Head of Strategic Foresight & Innovation. By identifying and analyzing emerging trends and new business opportunities and experimenting with new technologies you will support us in setting the ground base for strategic decisions.TasksConduct comprehensive research on industry trends new technologies market dynamics and socioeconomic shiftsCollect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources to support strategic decisionmaking and business development initiativesAssist in the preparation of strategic research reports presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather insights and provide recommendations based on research findingsCreate forwardthinking and inspirational content e.g. in the form of future impulses blog posts reports presentations whatif scenariosApply research and foresight practices as well as AI tools to make your work more efficient and creative experimenting with new technologies and innovative approachesStay updated on relevant literature academic studies and emerging technologies to enhance the quality and depth of research effortsRequirementsHighly motivated selfinitiative and forwardthinking individual with a creative mindset fostering new ways of thinking and a curious attitude toward trends new technologies innovations and changeCurrently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in a relevant field such as Business Economics Marketing Innovation Management Future Studies or equivalentStrong communication skills with the ability to present research results and to convince stakeholders of innovative conceptsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex quantitative as well as qualitative informationProactive attitude attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyProficiency in research methodologies data analysis tools and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with AI tools is a plusExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environmentFluent in English (verbally and in writing)For nonEU citizens: Please note that you must apply for a visa in order to do the internship.
