Our Client seeks a motivated and dynamic individual to join their Business Development and Client Relations Associate team. Submissions without these provided will automatically be disqualified. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach key stakeholders in beauty and pharmacy retail outlets across Europe. Introduce a range of highquality skincare and beauty products from trusted partners.Build relationships with retailers and decisionmakers to secure product placement in stores.Negotiate terms and ensure smooth onboarding of products into retail channels.Provide feedback on market trends and opportunities to refine strategies.Maintain a database of clients and partnerships ensuring excellent followup and customer care. Requirements: Proven experience in business development sales or client relations ideally within the beauty sector.Strong understanding of the European beauty and skincare market.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French German Portuguese or Italian is a plus.An existing network of buyers in the industry additional bonus.
