E-Commerce Marketing Manager
You enjoy driving growth by creating and executing results-driven online marketing activities. You will be responsible for driving website traffic, optimizing customer conversion, and delivering an outstanding online shopping experience to our customers. This includes overseeing and proactively managing digital advertising on multiple channels (paid & organic), content and asset creation, CRM, community management plus website improvements.
Your responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across all digital channels, aligning with broader marketing objectives.
- Content Creation & Management: Plan, create, and publish engaging website and social media content. Integrate social channels with paid digital ads and website content using platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Campaign Management: Create and manage digital marketing campaigns – paid and organic – including ad copy and creative assets, ensuring consistent execution across channels.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Maintain and optimize the website for user experience and search engine performance.
- Email Marketing and CRM: Develop and implement email campaigns to promote education, events, special offers, and other brand initiatives using tools like Mailchimp.
- Customer Growth & Retention: Consistently drive revenue and customer growth with a focus on best practices to identify, acquire, and retain high-quality customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the global brand holder team in Düsseldorf, Germany, to identify new growth opportunities and implement strategic plans.
- Visual Content Creation: Assist in photoshoots and video production to deliver high-quality, engaging marketing assets.
Your profile:
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce related digital marketing, including hands-on experience with asset creation and website management.
- Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Passion for beauty and a deep understanding of cosmetics marketing.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Suite, WordPress, Canva, and Mailchimp.
- Creativity and strong content creation skills with an eye for detail.
- Prior experience in beauty or fashion industries strongly preferred.
- A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and master new programs, tools, and platforms.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The role is full-time or part time and based in our Las Vegas, NV office. Remote work quota is possible.
