POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Model Server Assistant is responsible for providing superior guest service, preparing and mixing beverages in all areas of the venue, including maintaining the cleanliness of work stations and equipment in accordance with SNHD Health Standards. Works in an efficient and professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering superior guest service at all times. Performs all other job-related duties as requested by Management. Must market the venues in addition to services offered to a targeted guest base while following all specific marketing requirements and guidelines. Performs in a public relations capacity when promoting Drai's brand and focuses on the development of a personal clientele list establishing new and repeat clientele. Participates in special events, Banquet service functions, and performs model/presenter tasks at Drai’s events.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE MARKETING MODEL SERVER ASSISTANT INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

SOCIAL MEDIA, MODEL MARKETING, & PROMOTIONS REQUIREMENTS

  • Required to maintain all social media platforms by posting specified brand content as indicated by management
  • Must actively engage with social media content, marketing campaigns to expand brand awareness
  • Focuses on the development of a personal clientele list
  • Interacts and entertains guests in professional, cordial, and friendly manner
  • Pose for pictures as requested by management, appear in uniform or designated (logo/branded) apparel for promotional activities at or away from venue.
  • Participate and appear in marketing, publicity or media materials in the capacity as outlined herein.
  • Marketing and promoting venue specific events
  • Adheres to all specified marketing requirements and guidelines (requirements and guidelines for each venue will be determined by venue management.)
  • Assists and/or completes additional tasks as assigned

  • Maintain all Drai’s Sequence of Service Standards to achieve 100% compliance and audit scores
  • Provide information to guests regarding our venues, menus and pricing
  • Recognize and identify regular guests and repeat business, using their name whenever possible
  • Other related duties as assigned based on extensive experience working in a nightclub and /or entertainment venue.

RESPONSIBLE ALCOHOL MANAGEMENT

  • Recognize and acknowledge when guests are becoming intoxicated and/or are intoxicated
  • Monitor potentially intoxicated and/or disruptive guests and promptly bring to a Manager’s attention
  • Refuse further service of alcohol to intoxicated guests in a courteous and safety-minded manner
  • Comply with all state and federal liquor laws
  • Comply with all safety and health department procedures as well as Company and/or departmental policies/procedures.

BEVERAGE SERVICE

  • Support the Model Marketing Cocktail Server designated to shift working area
  • Assists all others when needed
  • Seeks work when work load is light
  • Take orders for beverages from guests at the table if needed
  • Deliver beverage orders promptly
  • Maintains Service areas FOH & BOH at all times
  • Provide service to guest in a timely manner

  • Ability to work safely and prevent personal injury
  • Commitment to the safety of fellow co-workers and our guests, and the ability to demonstrate that commitment through daily actions
  • Inform Supervisor of any irregularities, guest complaints or other disputes, which cannot be readily resolved

EDUCATION / REQUIREMENTS

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • 21+ years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience in hospitality working in a high volume restaurant / bar / club preferred.
  • Possession of/or ability to possess a valid Food Servers Card, Alcohol Awareness Card, and Gaming Card

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
  • Must be able to use elevators effectively and efficiently as part of daily work routine
