You will work closely with clients, project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Your responsibilities include:YOUR TASKSDepending on your background and expertise, you may contribute in one of the following focus areas: Building & Process Automation, Electrical and Mechanical Building Services or Construction Logistics, CSA Civil, CommissioningManaging and coordinating construction activities throughout all project phasesMonitoring project schedules, costs, quality, and project performanceLeading and coordinating internal project teams as well as contractors and subcontractorsEnsuring efficient project execution and proactive risk managementSupporting and applying cost, change, and claim management processesOrganizing and moderating construction and project meetingsPreparing reports and decision-making documents for clients and project stakeholdersRepresenting the client’s interests on-siteSupporting commissioning, inspections, testing, and handover activitiesEnsuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirementsDriving continuous improvement of construction processes and project workflowsYour ProfileDegree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services Engineering, Architecture, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualificationSeveral years of experience in construction management, site supervision, project management, or industrial construction projectsExperience working with multidisciplinary project teams and external contractorsStrong understanding of construction processes, project controls, and stakeholder managementStructured, proactive, and solution-oriented working styleStrong communication, leadership, and coordination skillsFluent English skills and good command of GermanWillingness to work on site in Kronstorf, Lower Austria 4-5 days a weekWe offer an attractive, salary package in line with the market according to your qualifications and experience from 70,000 gross per year.
