Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Area Manager (m/f/d) to join our team full-time at the earliest possible date. The position is based in Düsseldorf and covers our Northern Germany sales region.

What to expect in this role:

• Supporting the Area Manager during sales phases
• Independent presentation of the collection
• Customer visits, sales training, and field support – both independently and alongside the Area Manager
• Preparation, analysis, and evaluation of key performance indicators and reports
• Substitution for the Area Manager during absences

What you should bring:

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on fashion retail
• Initial professional experience in premium menswear retail (HAKA) is an advantage
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Independent and structured working style
• Strong organizational skills and assertiveness
• Creativity and a keen sense for fashion, product presentation, color, and style
• Willingness to travel and flexibility
