The Role
We are looking for someone who makes sure things actually get done.
You will coordinate several customer projects in parallel, keeping track of individual tasks, deadlines, owners, and blockers.
You won't execute the technical work yourself. Your responsibility is to know exactly where each project stands, keep everyone aligned, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
You shall be located in Munich. Do not apply otherwise.
What You'll Do
Drive execution: Follow project plans down to individual tasks, challenge missing updates, and push activities toward completion.
Run daily coordination: Lead short, focused meetings to review progress, identify blockers, and agree on the next actions.
Manage parallel projects: Keep multiple customer initiatives moving without losing track of details or dependencies.
Own project visibility: Maintain an accurate, live picture of project status and report regularly to management and customers.
Coordinate enterprise stakeholders: Manage commitments, expectations, and communication with demanding international customers.
What We're Looking For
5 minimum years of experience in hands-on project management or project coordination, preferably in B2B software or IT.
Startup experience: You have worked in environments with changing priorities, limited bureaucracy, and fast decisions.
Enterprise customer experience: You understand the precision, documentation, and communication expected by large organizations.
Excellent English: Native-level proficiency or certified C1/C2, with outstanding written communication.
Higher education: A university degree or equivalent qualification.
Advanced project management tools: Strong practical experience with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar, including dashboards, workflows, and reporting.
The Person We're After
You are the person who notices that a task hasn't moved in three days — and finds out why.
You don't confuse ‘we're working on it’ with measurable progress.
You are persistent without being confrontational, comfortable asking difficult questions, and able to bring structure without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
