From released design to a stable series process. DRIVS develops custom drive solutions and brings them into series production at manufacturing partners in Europe and Asia. To cover the path from released design to running production, we are expanding our team with an industrialisation engineer.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities. Industrialisation of development projects From design release to a stable series process at the manufacturing partner.
Process assurance PFMEA together with the supplier, definition of the line concept and the control plan.
Tooling and fixtures Technical assessment of the concepts, support of sampling and release.
Series ramp-up On-site support of the ramp-up at the supplier through to a documented series status.
Inspection concepts In-line inspection and test specification as well as end-of-line testing.
Coordination and organisation Alignment between project management, development partner, suppliers and quality management, and follow-up of the technical tasks in the project.

Technology People Perspectives
Education Technical education in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, mechatronics or industrial engineering (HTL, university of applied sciences or university).
Experience Experience in industrialisation, production planning, process development or series ramp-up support.
Methods Confident command of PFMEA and control plan.
Way of working Structured and independent.
Language and travel Very good command of English and willingness to travel (up to 25%).
