As a Business Systems & Integration Manager (m/f/d), you will shape DSA’s digital system landscape. You will further develop our business applications, integrate systems and optimise business processes. In doing so, you will work closely with our specialist departments and the IT team to drive forward the digitalisation of our company. DSA specialises in innovative communication solutions for vehicle electronics. With our teams of experts, we deliver modular software and hardware solutions covering the entire vehicle lifecycle.
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the further development of our business applications (CRM, ERP, HR, Finance).
- You analyse business processes and develop solutions for digitalisation and automation.
- You plan and implement system interfaces and automated workflows, and ensure high data quality.
- You advise our business units and support the roll-out of new software solutions.
- You coordinate collaboration with our IT department and external software partners.
- You document our system landscape and ensure transparent processes and integrations.
Your Profile
- You have a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with a specialisation in IT, or a comparable qualification.
- You are experienced in the implementation, support or further development of business applications, particularly CRM, ERP or HR systems.
- You understand business processes and how they interrelate, for example in sales, procurement, production, service or finance.
- You are familiar with APIs, web services and the integration of different software systems.
- Ideally, you have experience with automation solutions such as Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft 365, or comparable cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, reporting or BI solutions, as well as project management, would be an advantage.
- You think analytically, work independently and in a structured manner, and enjoy developing sustainable solutions.
- You are a strong communicator and enjoy bringing different departments together.
- You have a good command of German and English.
