As Head of Production, you will take responsibility for our production department and actively shape its future development. For more than 45 years, DSA has been developing innovative, customized communication solutions for vehicle electronics. With your expertise, you will ensure high-performing, efficient and future-oriented production operations.
Your Tasks
- You will lead, manage and develop your production team, taking responsibility for both technical and disciplinary leadership.
- You will plan, manage and optimize production processes with a focus on quality, costs, on-time delivery and efficiency.
- You will be responsible for capacity, workforce and resource planning and contribute to budget and investment decisions.
- You will ensure compliance with our manufacturing and quality standards and drive continuous process improvements.
- You will work closely with Development, Purchasing, Quality Assurance and Project Management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Your Profile
- You have several years of professional experience in a technically oriented manufacturing environment.
- You have experience in leading and developing employees.
- You have in-depth knowledge of production planning and control, manufacturing processes, quality management and continuous improvement.
- You have an analytical and business-oriented mindset, work in a structured manner and find practical, effective solutions even under time pressure.
- You demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, a sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
- You have excellent German language skills and a good command of English.
