Commercial Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Manager as soon as possible.

Our requirements:
  • Completed degree in Business Administration or similar with a focus on Finance/Controlling.
  • Candidates with several years of experience in comparable positions are also welcome to apply.
  • Teamwork, communication skills, assertiveness.
  • Reliability, resilience.
  • Self-organized, independent work.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and relevant commercial software (e.g. DATEV in cooperation with our tax office).
  • Very good knowledge of German spoken and written; English is an advantage but not required.
Your responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for all commercial processes with the main focus on cash flows and liquidity monitoring.
  • Evaluation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Audit of accounts.
  • Payroll statements.
  • Co-operation in the preparation of the annual accounts.
  • Commercial negotiations with subcontractors.
  • Claim management.
  • Contract management.
  • Close and trusting cooperation with management.

Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager as soon as possible.

Our Requirements:
  • Completed degree in business administration or similar (e.g. industrial engineering).
  • Candidates with several years of experience in comparable positions are also welcome to apply.
  • Teamwork, communication skills, resilience and reliability.
  • Self-organized, independent work.
  • Confident appearance in dealing with customers, subcontractors.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.
  • Very good knowledge of German spoken and written (business fluent); English is an advantage but not required.
Your responsibilities:
  • Managing all commercial aspects of our projects.
  • Establishing project-specific processes and controlling structures.
  • Project Controlling and Accompanying Calculation.
  • Assisting with audits.
  • Commercial negotiation with subcontractors.
  • Claim Management.
  • Contract Management.

Technical Buyer

We are looking for a Technical Buyer as soon as possible.

Our requirements:
  • Completed degree in engineering and/or business administration (e.g. industrial engineering).
  • Candidates with several years of experience in comparable positions are also welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of the power plant industry is an advantage.
  • Basic economic understanding.
  • Basic knowledge of contracts in plant construction.
  • Teamwork, communication skills, resilience and reliability.
  • Self-organized, independent work.
  • Confident appearance in dealing with customers, subcontractors.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.
  • Very good knowledge of German spoken and written (negotiable); English is an advantage but not required.
Your responsibilities:
  • Procurement of technical components and services.
  • Negotiation of prices, contracts, payment terms.
  • Development of new supply sources incl. risk assessment.
  • Implementation of procurement objectives and strategies.
  • Independent conduct of price negotiations in the context of the DSD guidelines.
