Head of Maintenance ( M/F/D)

A well-established company in the food & beverage industry is seeking a Head of Maintenance to lead its maintenance operations. With a 100-employee site that includes both laboratory and production facilities , the company is committed to efficiency, innovation, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the electrical and mechanical maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance.

• Maintain and improve heavy machinery and production equipment to minimise downtime and increase efficiency.

• Develop maintenance strategies to enhance operational reliability and safety.

• Foster strong communication across departments to streamline processes.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards .

What We\’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in maintenance leadership.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Experience working with heavy machinery and industrial equipment .

• Excellent communication skills in English (essential for internal collaboration).

• A background in maintenance, regardless of the industry – technical studies are not required .

• Someone from the local region is preferred.
