About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Operations & Customer Care – Sea Freight to take full ownership of our Hamburg operations. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will be responsible for rebuilding and strengthening the sea freight team while enhancing operational efficiency and customer focus.

What You\’ll Do

Lead & Develop the Team – Take full leadership responsibility, recruit top talent, and mentor existing staff.
Rebuild & Restructure – Shape a high-performing, customer-oriented sea freight division.
Drive Operational & Commercial Success – Oversee pricing, tenders, and margin optimization to position sea freight as a key business driver.
Hands-On Leadership – Work alongside the team, setting up structures and processes during the build-up phase.
Collaborate Across Functions – Partner with sales & pricing teams to drive strategic growth and operational efficiency.
