Key Responsibilities
- Managing the entire site supply chain function, with responsibility for planning, production, and distribution across all product lines.
- Developing and implementing new processes and strategies to optimize operational performance (inventory levels, lead times, OTIF)
- Ensuring delivery objectives are achieved by optimizing material flow and overseeing logistics operations.
- Introducing a new set of KPIs to enhance and monitor supply chain performance effectively.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience leading supply chain or logistics teams.
- Several years of hands-on involvement in production-based industries.
