Responsibilities

• Introduce new production processes on state-of-the-art coating machines in close collaboration with the Research & Development department
• Take responsibility for commissioning new plant technology and developing and implementing efficient process technologies
• Analyse and optimise existing workflows to continuously improve productivity and quality in ongoing production
• Further develop plant technology and provide technical support to ensure long-term stability and innovation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, R&D, and Production

Profile

• Degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• Solid knowledge of process engineering or thermodynamics, as well as initial professional experience as a Process Engineer or in a comparable role
• Technical expertise in mechanical engineering, drive technology, and energy technology
• Proficient in AutoCAD and ideally other design or simulation tools
• Fluent in German and good command of English for international collaboration
• Strong coordination, teamwork, and communication skills combined with a high level of customer orientation
