Overview
As an Operations / Planning Specialist, you will optimize automotive transport planning and daily logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery. You’ll work closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams to improve processes and performance. You’ll analyze networks, support new customer projects, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced automotive environment. - Coordinate and optimize transport planning within automotive supply chains
- Manage day-to-day transport operations to ensure high service quality and on-time delivery
- Analyze transport networks, capacities, and processes to identify improvements
- Support the implementation of new customer projects and logistics solutions
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure operational excellence
- Resolve transportation and planning challenges in a fast-paced automotive environment
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Experience in Automotive Logistics, Transport Planning, Supply Chain Operations, or Freight Management
- Strong understanding of transport planning, dispatch, and network operations
- Experience with OEM, Tier 1, or automotive-focused logistics environments is desirable
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
