Head of Communications (m/f/d) in Radolfzell am Bodensee

Our client, a leading manufacturing company with 5,000 employees, is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Head of Communications to shape and lead their communication agenda. Based in Radolfzell, you will manage a team of four and oversee both internal and external communications, playing a central role in how our client presents itself to employees, customers, and the wider market.

The Opportunity

In this senior leadership role, you will drive the overall communications strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives across the manufacturing environment in Germany. You will be responsible for elevating our client's profile and strengthening engagement across our client's team and external stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience

• Communications: Proven ability to design and execute clear, consistent messaging across multiple channels, ensuring all stakeholders understand and support the company's direction.
• Marketing & PR Background: 8-15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and public relations, enabling you to manage campaigns, media relations, and reputation management with confidence.
• Internal & External Communications Management: Experience leading both employee communications and external brand messaging, aligning internal culture with external positioning.
• Manufacturing: Familiarity with manufacturing allowing you to communicate technical and operational topics in a compelling and accessible way.
• Team Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a communications team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
