We are currently partnering with a leading international organisation within the dairy manufacturing space, seeking an experienced Senior R&D Product Developer,
who must speak German,
to drive innovation and product development across multiple categories within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and optimisation of new and existing dairy products, from concept through to commercialisation
Manage and support innovation projects, including recipe development, process trials, and scale-up to full production
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, marketing, and procurement to ensure successful product launches
Drive continuous improvement across formulations, processes, and ingredients, with a focus on quality, cost, and sustainability
Your Profile
Proven experience within a food manufacturing environment, ideally within dairy or closely related categories
Strong background in product development, with hands-on experience in recipe formulation and factory trials
Solid understanding of production processes and the ability to translate R&D concepts into scalable manufacturing solutions
Fluency in German is essential , with English required and additional languages considered a strong advantage
Ability to operate in an international environment, with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
