Head of Engineering (w/m/d) in Schaffhausen

Overview In this role you will lead Engineering, Facilities, Operational Excellence and Project Engineering across sites, driving CI, Lean, and digitalisation to boost efficiency and quality. You will oversee major Capex projects and partner with site leadership to set technical standards and growth plans. You will build and guide multidisciplinary teams to maintain safe, reliable operations while enabling scalable expansion. This position focuses on transforming engineering and operations to support long-term growth in a multinational food manufacturing environment.
