Overview
In this role you will own inventory accuracy and process excellence within a large-scale logistics operation. You will drive stock integrity, KPI-driven improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers and IT, to optimize inventory workflows. The position offers visibility and autonomy, with an emphasis on continuous improvement across operations and systems. You will translate complex inventory data into actionable recommendations and support overarching quality initiatives.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records and develop sustainable control standards
- Lead investigations and root cause analyses for inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Manage cycle counts and annual physical inventories; optimize stock movements and system transactions
- Act as SME for inventory-related processes and collaborate with WMS/IT and customer stakeholders
- Serve as main point of contact for inventory topics; participate in customer meetings and communicate performance and risks
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years of experience in Inventory Management, Inventory Control or Stock Management
- Experience in logistics/warehousing/supply chain environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with inventory reconciliations and root cause analyses
- High systems affinity and ability to learn new applications
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems, ideally SAP-based
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent English; additional European language advantageous
