Key Responsibilities:
As a Supply Chain Manager , you will:
- Lead and manage the supply chain team, including disciplinary and professional oversight of employees.
- Plan and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- Develop and optimize supply chain and logistics processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including material flows, goods receipt, storage, handling, and shipping.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate stock records.
- Manage packaging and container logistics, including both reusable and disposable systems.
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales to handle escalations with suppliers and customers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in production or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience in roles such as production, quality, or logistics management.
- Strong expertise in SAP and project management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
