Supply Chain Project Manager

On behalf of our client, a well-known and respected retailer in Germany, we are looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead strategic projects and optimise supply chain operations. About the Role

As the Supply Chain Project Manager, you will:

• Lead complex, end-to-end supply chain projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to streamline processes across procurement, logistics, and distribution networks.
• Oversee project scope, time lines, budgets, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
• Identify and resolve supply chain inefficiencies using data-driven insights and innovative solutions .
• Stay ahead of market trends and incorporate best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field, ideally within the retail or FMCG sectors.
• Skills: Proven expertise in project management tools and methodologies; strong analytic and communication skills.
• Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Language Requirements: Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written).
• Characteristics: A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
