As Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, you will lead global recruitment activities, with a primary focus on Europe, partnering closely with business leaders, HR teams, and our RPO provider.
You will ensure effective hiring delivery while helping build scalable recruitment processes, governance, and best practices for a newly independent organization.
This is a unique opportunity to shape Ess Co’s talent acquisition strategy and directly contribute to its growth and success.
This position is part of the Essential Products business (Ess Co) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH).
This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.
- Your key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of talent acquisition strategy, branding processes, governance, and best practices
- Lead recruitment for critical and senior-level roles across multiple geographies, partnering with business leaders on talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning
- Lead the strategic partnership with Ess Co's RPO provider, ensuring effective recruitment delivery, performance against agreed service levels, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes
- Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations, stakeholder engagement, escalations, compliance, and the delivery of a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience across regions
- Build talent pipelines, conduct market mapping, and provide talent insights to support current and future hiring needs
- Drive continuous improvement of talent acquisition through the use of recruitment analytics, market insights, and enhanced processes, tools, and partnerships

- You Bring
- 8+ years of Recruitment experience within multinational organizations including leadership and strategic setup experience in Recruitment Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple countries and cultures
- Strong experience supporting senior-level and business-critical hiring
- Knowledge of EMEA talent markets and recruitment practices
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Proven background in driving process improvement and efficiency
- Experience with talent mapping, workforce planning and recruitment analytics
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
