Overview
In this role you drive laundry detergent perfumery innovation and troubleshooting with high autonomy. You will act as a technical fragrance expert, ensuring compatibility and performance in detergent bases while collaborating with clients. You’ll lead design, validation and implementation of innovative solutions and guide the lab team to high-quality execution. Your work supports cross‑functional collaboration and IP-related processes in a sustainability‑minded, science‑driven company.

- Lead laundry detergent perfumery innovation and troubleshooting projects with high autonomy and accountability
- Serve as a technical expert for fragrance creation, ensuring compatibility and performance in detergent bases
- Engage with clients to understand technical needs and communicate clearly
- Drive innovation through design, validation and implementation
- Provide expert troubleshooting for launched products within tight timelines
- Coach and guide laboratory technicians for high-quality experimental execution
- Support intellectual property (IP) related processes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Science & Research, Marketing, Sales, Technical Development)
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master in Chemistry (or related)
- 5–8 years of hands-on formulation experience in laundry, home care, or fragranced consumer products
- Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry (GC-MS, LC-MS/MS) and/or formulation development and rheology
- Experience with fragrance–base interactions and solving instability or compatibility issues
- Exposure to perfumery chemistry and fragranced products
- Experience with direct client interaction and clear communication
- Data management tools experience is an advantage
- Collaborative, creative, solution-driven, hands-on, resilient with strong communication
- English C1 level; French proficiency is an asset
