As Senior Manager, Global Solution Design , you will play a critical role in shaping complex contract logistics solutions for global customers while helping drive strategic growth across key markets, industries, and products. You will lead complex solution design projects, influence senior stakeholders, and help define the future of logistics. Key Responsibilities: What you'll do... As a Senior Manager, Global Solution Design, you will lead the development of innovative and commercially viable contract logistics solutions for both new and existing customers. Key responsibilities include: Leading multiple large-scale solution design projects simultaneously across regions and industries Acting as the primary solution design lead in customer engagements throughout the bid and proposal process Analyzing customer requirements, operational data, and RFP documentation to develop robust and competitive solutions Designing end-to-end warehousing and supply chain solutions, Driving cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, engineering, automation, IT, and commercial teams Developing and delivering compelling customer presentations and solution proposals Ensuring project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards Supporting implementation planning, solution handover activities, and change management processes Contributing to the continuous improvement of DSV's global solution design methodologies, standards, and tools Sharing best practices, market insights, and innovative concepts across the Global Solution Design community What we are looking for: We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded logistics professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving challenging supply chain problems. Ideally, you bring: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of experience in contract logistics solution design, warehouse engineering, or supply chain consulting Experience within third-party logistics (3PL), supply chain consulting, or large-scale logistics operations Strong understanding of warehouse operations, network design, operational modelling, pricing strategies, and financial analysis Proven ability to lead complex, multi-country and cross-functional projects Strong commercial acumen and experience developing customer pricing models Knowledge of warehouse automation and logistics technology solutions is highly desirable Fluency in English Excellent computer software skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO and AutoCAD required. Experience with MS Access, simulation software and/or network modeling software is a plus Experience with simulation or network modelling tools is considered an advantage. What we offer..
