Your strength in strategic financial leadership, from planning and reporting to compliance and cross-border coordination, puts you in a strong position to streamline how Finance runs across the company and build a function that scales with it. /ph3Job Responsibilities /h3pTake end-to-end ownership of Finance, including bplanning, forecasting, reporting, accounting, cash flow and liquidity management /b /pulliDrive the bsimplification, automation and digitalization of Finance processes /b and reduce manual work /liliReview and optimize our Finance operating model, systems, external providers and end-to-end processes /liliActively drive bcost transparency and optimization /b, challenging existing spend, suppliers and structures /liliFurther develop meaningful bSaaS and business KPIs /b to support management decisions /liliEnsure efficient monthly and year-end closing and compliance with bSwiss accounting and statutory requirements /b /lilibOwn our international Finance setup end-to-end, /b providing functional leadership to our Finance resource in Portugal and managing all relevant internal and external Finance partners, including auditors, tax advisors and fiduciaries /liliAs a bmember of the Management Team /b, contribute to company-wide decisions and act as a sparring partner to the CEO and other functional leaders /liliSupport reporting and communication towards the Board, shareholders, banks and other key stakeholders /li /ulh3Job Requirements /h3ulliSeveral years of relevant Finance experience in a bhands-on, entrepreneurial environment /b /liliStrong knowledge of bSwiss accounting standards and the Swiss Code of Obligations /b /liliFluency in German and English (C1) /liliExperience in bSaaS, software or technology /b, or a strong understanding of SaaS metrics and economics /liliStrong understanding of cash flow, forecasting, financial modelling and cost management /liliDemonstrated experience in bimproving, automating and simplifying Finance processes /b /liliExperience working in an international Finance setup, including the coordination of internal and external Finance resources /liliPragmatic, analytical and comfortable challenging the status quo /liliComfortable taking bend-to-end ownership of Finance in a lean organization /b, combining hands‑on execution with management-level thinking /li /ulpExperience with bAbacus /b and familiarity with systems such as bChargebee, Datatrans or comparable billing, payment and Finance platforms /b will be a strong advantage.
