Sales Manager Baltic countries

Dürr Technik is supplier and manufacturer of appliances, components and system solutions in the compressed air and vacuum technology. We are a medium-sized enterprise located in Stuttgart, Germany and represented in several countries by own subsidiaries. A high qualification, motivation and creativity of our employees are for us an essential company goal for the further development of our good market position. In order to meet the growing challenges from our customers in Baltic countries we are looking for a Sales Manager Baltic countries.

Responsibilities

  • Developing business with customers in Baltic countries such as Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and being our representative in this region.
  • Active consultancy of existing customer contacts (OEMs, distributors, and end users).
  • Acquiring new customers and providing quotations to customers.
  • Providing technical support to customers and prospects.
  • Consistent market/competition monitoring and analysis.
  • Developing and implementing sales/marketing plans and activities.
  • Creating presentations.
  • Preparing and attending exhibitions.
  • Regular contact and exchange with head office in Germany.

Profile of the ideal candidate

A passion for sales.

Qualifications:

  • Education in engineering or sales with a good technical background, ideally in air compressors & vacuum pumps or related products.
  • Experience in sales and independent customer acquisition working from a home office environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-reliant, reliable, and pro-active.
  • Accustomed to frequent travel.
  • Fluent in English and French (basic German optional).
