As Mace continues to pursue growth in the data centre sector, we are looking to expand our growing team with senior appointments to support the business in driving growth and delivering existing and upcoming data centre schemes in Berlin and Frankfurt, Germany. We are looking for an inspirational leader to support, lead, and grow our teams into and through this exciting period.

You will be a leading advocate of Mace’s value of safety first and be accountable for leading and maintaining exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance standards.

You will possess advanced technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to the project portfolio.

You will champion a diverse and inclusive working environment and understand the importance of the wellbeing of the people you manage.

You will lead the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.

You will be the relationship owner and primary contact for Mace executive team engagement and responsible for ensuring efficient governance to achieve our strategic priorities.

  • You will be responsible for key client relationship management, including generating live prospects and leads.

You’ll need to have:

  • A growth mindset and ability to cross-sell services.
  • Experience in delivery of complex industrial, manufacturing, and data centre environments.
  • Management of multi-disciplinary teams across multiple locations.
  • Professional membership i.e. MRICS / RICS (or equivalent) and moving towards fellowship, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of growing a relevant sector within a consultancy environment.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.

You’ll also have:

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Professional membership i.e. MRICS / RICS (or equivalent) and moving towards fellowship, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
