Overview
In this role you support product testing and material characterization to drive quality and performance. You will collaborate with the Technical Support team to own product documentation and contribute to root-cause analysis for customer issues. You’ll perform tests, prepare samples, and assist with formulation changes to meet customer needs. This position offers hands-on work in a dynamic lab, with opportunities to influence product improvements and localization efforts.

- Perform product tests and material characterization according to standards
- Own assigned products and maintain technical documentation (specifications, TDs, change records)
- Support root-cause analysis for customer complaints and propose solutions
- Carry out product adjustments, including mixing and formulation changes
- Assist with localization projects and second-sourcing by testing alternatives
- Document all lab work and project activities per guidelines
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Sales on technical topics and improvements
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Completed education as Lab Technician, Chemistry Technician, Materials Laboratory Technician, or equivalent
- Practical experience in materials testing, mixing, and formulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with accurate documentation habits
- Good communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
