Overview
In this senior procurement leadership role, you will shape and drive global category strategies for Corporate Services to optimize spend, supplier performance, and enterprise value. You will influence senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, and Travel, delivering measurable cost transformation and service improvements. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on negotiation and governance to accelerate value creation. You will work in a global, matrixed environment to lead cross-functional teams and ambitious supplier initiatives.

- Own and evolve multi-year global category strategies aligned to priorities, delivering value through cost transformation and spend control

- 15+ years of procurement experience with at least 5 years in leading corporate services category management
- Proven success managing complex, high-value global corporate services categories
- Track record of delivering procurement value through cost reduction, cost avoidance, demand management, supplier innovation, digital transformation, and process simplification
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management
- Strong financial, analytical, and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Integrity, resilience, and collaborative leadership with the ability to influence executives
- Experience advising Director/VP/exec-level stakeholders with market intelligence and benchmarking data
- Experience in multinational environments such as manufacturing, chemicals, or electronics
- Experience with digital procurement tools, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities
- CIPS, ISM, or equivalent professional procurement certification
