Overview
In this role you lead a global, dispersed team focused on applications development, process innovation, and equipment technology for Cyrel. You will partner across Formulation R&D, Pilot Line, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to accelerate innovation and customer-focused solutions. You drive advanced plate applications, workflows, and automation while shaping the equipment roadmaps and processing technologies. Your leadership ensures cross-regional alignment, safety, and continuous improvement as you deliver strategic projects within the DuPont Innovation Framework. This is an opportunity to influence how Cyrel technologies scale and meet market needs on a global stage.
