Overview
In this global leadership role, you shape the future performance of DuPont's Automotive Adhesives business. You will work directly with senior leaders to transform opportunities into a clear roadmap, robust pipeline, and measurable outcomes. You drive cross-functional alignment and enable execution across regions. This position offers high-impact exposure to strategic decisions and the chance to influence a global organization. You will help advance supply resilience, process efficiency, and portfolio optimization to sustain growth.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own a multi-year global roadmap across sourcing, materials, formulations, manufacturing, logistics, packaging, external manufacturing, portfolio complexity, and process efficiency.
- Build and prioritize the initiative pipeline by impact, speed, feasibility, customer needs, risk, resources, and sustainability.
- Run governance, project reviews, escalation, executive reporting, and maintain a single source of truth for status, risks, decisions, and actions.
- Align cross-functional teams on scope, ownership, timing, dependencies, and decisions; remove barriers and drive execution.
- Partner across Procurement, Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, MT, Quality, and Supply Chain on sourcing, localization, formulation, yield, process, asset, packaging, portfolio, and supply-resilience initiatives.
- Ensure technical, quality, customer-approval, and Management of Change requirements are met.
- Partner with Finance to validate and sustain benefits; champion continuous improvement, global best-practice sharing, and organizational capability.
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline
- Several years of experience in manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, product management, operations, or business leadership
- Proven delivery of measurable productivity, operational, or business performance improvements in a global matrix organization
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, materials, sourcing, product qualification, financial drivers, and cross-functional execution
- Strong project-management, analytical, communication, influencing, and change-leadership skills
- Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen experience preferred
- Willingness to travel globally ~30–50%
