Your Impact

In our Business Development team, you support our experienced financial advisors by conducting market research, generating leads, and creating and delivering presentations to potential clients. The role is based in Munich, Germany, with a high flexibility for remote work.

• Hands-On Engagement: You\’ll dive straight into action, cultivating potential clients from both private and corporate sectors.

• Implementation : We lead by example. Following an extensive learning period (in-person and online), you\’ll be equipped to independently conduct client analyses.

• Innovation : Embrace the forefront of technology. Utilize state-of-the-art tools like AI to efficiently manage clients and adapt to ever-changing markets.

• Leadership : Lastly, for those hungry for personal growth, opportunities arise to assume (partial) leadership roles in projects and teams.

• English proficiency is required

• Knowledge of German is required (C1 level)

• Experience in the financial services industry is a bonus
