We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of event management, SEO best practices, and proficiency in leveraging ChatGPT for brand communication, expertise in Google Ads, trafficking experience, and a background working with advertising agencies. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand image, increasing engagement, and ensuring consistent brand representation across diverse channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement innovative brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Utilize SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and search engine ranking.
  3. Effectively utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools for effective brand communication.
  4. Manage brand communication channels, including social media, websites, and traditional media.
  5. Plan and execute impactful events to promote the brand and engage with the target audience.
  6. Coordinate logistics, sponsorships, and activations for successful event outcomes.
  7. Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and engage the target audience.
  8. Manage Google Ads campaigns to optimize online presence and reach target audiences.
  9. Oversee trafficking activities to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns.
  10. Analyze performance metrics, adjust strategies accordingly, and provide regular reports.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing to align brand strategies.
  12. Interface with external advertising agencies, providing clear briefs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative assets.
  13. Evaluate agency performance and provide constructive feedback.
  14. Develop and manage budgets for brand-related activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  15. Allocate resources strategically to maximize brand impact.
  16. Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visual elements.
  17. Implement and enforce brand standards across all platforms.

Preferred Qualities:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in brand management, digital marketing, and event management.
  3. Proven track record as a Brand Manager, demonstrating successful brand development.
  4. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with ChatGPT for communication.
  5. Proficiency in event management and coordination.
  6. Hands-on experience with Google Ads and trafficking for digital campaigns.
  7. Previous experience working with advertising agencies is highly desirable.
  8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  9. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
