Key Responsibilities:

Enhancing Customer Experience:

Operational Efficiency:
- Manage inventory to ensure product availability and reduce shrinkage.

Market Insight and Strategy:
- Stay updated on the Swiss retail market and trends.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders and local partners.

Requirements:
- Experience in a regional supervisory role in premium retail, fashion, or luxury sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, French, and German.
- Strong analytical skills for business performance evaluation.

- Availability for regional travel as necessary.
