At DWS, we have two main early career programs on offer to graduates and undergraduates.
About the DWS PACE Graduate program
Our 2-year PACE program consists of a technical training period and is followed by four six-month rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance .
You will:
• Gain a deep insight into how the corporate functions support and enable the success of the company
• Be part of the Global PACE community
• Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues across different departments
• Challenge the norm and contribute your own ideas and improvement suggestions
• Solve challenges together with your team

About Internships at DWS
The DWS Internship is an opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experience. Individual projects, participation in speaker sessions and networking events will all be part of the internship. While you can expect a high learning curve from our Internship, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This internship is an ideal way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations. Subject to performance, successful interns may be offered a place on the DWS Graduate PACE program the following year.
