Support the entire development process, from requirements gathering and implementation to collaboration in the management of data warehouse, business intelligence, and big data solutions using modern, state‑of‑the‑art technologies. Develop and test DWH and BI applications as a Junior BI Consultant. Support and further develop existing DWH and BI applications in collaboration with the experienced team. Work in the area of data analysis and the design of ETL processes and DWH structures to support the entire process chain from the connection of interfaces to the finished BI application. What do we expect?
Completed HTL training and/or university degree (university/university of applied sciences) with a focus on computer science, business informatics, software engineering, or related fields of study. Good knowledge of data modeling (ER modeling, knowledge of DWH system modeling is an advantage) and data analysis, with good SQL skills required. Knowledge of relational database systems (Oracle or MS‑SQL is an advantage) and their database development environments (DB tools, PL/SQL) should already be available. Fluent in German and English. Nice to have: Knowledge of non‑relational database systems (e.g., NOSQL, graph databases). Knowledge of object‑oriented languages, technologies, and frameworks (preferably from the Java stack). Methodical experience in project management (Scrum methodology), design (e.g., UML), and testing (frameworks such as Selenium). Initial professional experience in software engineering in one or more of the above‑mentioned areas would be desirable. What do we offer?
