Driving project management for gap analysis, customer audits, existing and new certifications. Tracking and monitoring by utilizing project management tools, reporting on progress, and identifying areas for improvement. Improving and documenting the workflows and processes for the certification and audit team. Planning meetings and interviews with internal and external auditors to get the right subject matter experts/stakeholders into this process. Driving the preparation and follow-ups for certifications and audits to ensure that action/deliverables are done on time. Being main contact person for internal and external auditors and the Dynatrace subject matter experts/stakeholders. You have 5-10 years of experience as a project or project manager in IT or software projects, ideally within a global SaaS vendor. You have 5+ years of experience in the area of GRC (governance, risk and compliance). You have 3+ years of experience as a team lead. You are a hands-on team player with outstanding communication skills, including reaching and motivating stakeholders across the whole enterprise. You can motivate and inspire a team, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts effectively. You are a proactive and open person always seeking to improve and finding creative solutions.
