Overview
In this role you design and build high-performance Go backends for a multi-tenant AI agent platform. You ensure robust identity, access, and credentialing while protecting data boundaries and vendor-grade security. You’ll harden the system against web and AI-specific threats and contribute across backend features, databases, and infra. You join a collaborative, globally distributed team shaping how users interact with autonomous agents at scale. This is a security‑driven role with meaningful impact on reliability and trust in production AI workflows.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design, develop and maintain high-performance Go-based backend services for a multi-tenant AI agent platform
- Own identity and access management including authentication, session/token lifecycle, and scoped credentials
- Enforce multi-tenant data isolation and airtight trust boundaries
- Harden platform against standard web vulnerabilities and AI-specific threats like prompt injection
- Contribute to general backend features, database modifications, and infrastructure work as needed
- Drive architectural decisions and actively participate in code reviews, automated testing, and debugging
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Experience in Go or a comparable backend language
- Production experience with authentication and access control (OAuth2, OIDC, token and session handling)
- Experience building AI agents in productive environments
- Solid experience with relational databases and secure, multi-tenant data isolation
- Understanding of AI agents, LLMs, and their security limits and behaviors
- Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative, proactive mindset
