Overview
In this role you will build and refine intuitive React/TypeScript interfaces for AI agent systems, delivering real-time streaming updates to users. You will collaborate across a global team to surface progress, uncertainty, and failure states clearly, promoting trust in autonomous workflows. You’ll own frontend quality while enabling end-to-end feature delivery with Go and Python. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to influence architecture and instrument systems for performance with Dynatrace.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design, build, and maintain React/TypeScript UIs that display AI agent reasoning and streaming results in real time
- Make agent behavior legible and trustworthy by surfacing progress, uncertainty, and failure states
- Own frontend quality through typed API clients, testing (end-to-end, visual regression), and a design system
- Collaborate across the stack by contributing to API/backend code in Go and Python to ship features end-to-end
- Lead architectural decisions for the experience layer; participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging; own features with monitoring via Dynatrace
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Multiple years of hands-on React and TypeScript experience
- Experience building AI agents in production environments
- Real-time or streaming data in the browser (SSE/WebSockets) and associated state management
- Working understanding of AI agents, LLMs and their performance limits
- Willingness to work across the stack (frontend strong, backend/API capable)
- Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
