Responsibilities
Drive cross cutting initiatives with strategic importance for shaping the Product vision throughout the organization.
Pro actively learn about the Product and organization by collaborating with different departments across solutions.
Lead, strategize, and implement highly complex program level initiatives that affect multiple org units.
Partner with various stakeholders to address market needs and balance roadmap priorities.
Maintain product roadmaps that align with the overall business strategy, incorporating input from customers and community partners.
Set personal goals extracted from given topics.
Propose and present solutions, then implement them throughout the relevant departments.
As product related experience is gained, lead and grow a specific Product domain.
Qualifications
10+ years of Product Management experience in a software product environment.
7+ years of experience in a Product Lead function and understanding of how to lead and drive visions and strategies in an international environment.
Entrepreneurial & growth mindset with experience in founding and leading a business within a competitive, fast moving software market.
Strong ability to network within a complex organization to identify go to personas across solutions.
Ability to bring market and business understanding into the product to help shape the company's goal and strategy.
Strong interest in and understanding of technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, and SaaS Software.
Highly self motivated, creative and efficient in proposing, presenting and implementing solutions to complex problems.
Ability to deliver results leading to organizational improvements.
Outstanding communicator and presenter with excellent social skills.
Ability to present thoughts and business ideas clearly in a C level environment.

Compensation Salary range: €106,000 to €133,000 gross per year (full time, 38.5 h/week). If your experience and skills bring unique value, we still welcome your application even if you're outside the stated range.
