About the role
As a Junior Retail Activation Manager, you will shape Dyson’s physical presence across all DACH retail environments. Your mission is to ensure a premium, consistent and brand‑compliant consumer experience at every point of sale. You manage POS projects end‑to‑end, develop activation concepts, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to bring Dyson’s retail vision to life. Key Responsibilities
Ensure premium, brand‑compliant presentation across all retail channels. Manage and coordinate production of POS fixtures with internal teams, ensuring compliance with brand and legal standards. Lead POS rollouts from initial requirements to final execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met. Oversee merchandising, maintenance and implementation of POS materials (2D/3D) across all DACH locations. Manage ordering and production of merchandising materials and fixtures. Guarantee the correct look & feel at every physical POS in line with Dyson’s merchandising guidelines. Deliver tactical POS requests from UK briefs through to local distribution. Develop activation concepts that engage consumers and bring Dyson technology to life at events and in stores. Plan, execute and measure activation results, including ROI analysis and sharing best practices across DACH, UK and other markets. Conduct regular store visits to assess user experience and monitor competitor activity. Build strong relationships with internal teams (Marketing, Training, Sales, Group, RCoE, agencies) to improve processes and output quality. Support additional projects or assignments as required. About You
At least 2 years of experience. Highly organised, creative, proactive and able to generate new ideas. Strong project management and planning skills. Experience in Retail Activation, Visual Merchandising or Trade Marketing, ideally combining brand, agency, marketing or sales exposure. Strong team player with credibility, integrity and flexibility. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Passion for brand building and retail go‑to‑market execution. Proven ability to manage complex workloads and deliver against plans. Comfortable navigating changing requirements while maintaining focus on brand objectives. Strong technical understanding related to POS materials and retail execution. Proven track record in project management. Native German speaker. Fluent English (written & spoken). Strong communication and commercial skills. Driver’s license. Willingness to travel (~25%). Benefits
