Overview
In this role, you will lead the DACH cluster finance function within Dyson’s Revenue Finance portfolio, ensuring profitable growth and robust governance. You’ll partner with regional leadership to steer commercial strategy, P&L delivery, and working capital across markets, while developing a high-performing, future-ready team. You’ll set direction for finance across markets and drive talent development and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hands-on, strategic finance leadership opportunity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Partner with DACH leadership on commercial strategy across channels and categories
- Own P&L performance and quantify risks/opportunities with mitigation/value-creation plans
- Provide clear business performance narratives across P&L, balance sheet, and working capital
- Lead strategic planning and forecasting aligned to the plan with high-quality insight
- Collaborate with cluster, regional and group finance to strengthen processes and reporting
- Coach and develop the DACH finance team into a high-performing function
- Improve financial capability beyond finance by training and partnering with non-finance leaders
