Job Description

Reporting to the Head of HR (Singapore Branch), the incumbent will be expected to perform the following tasks:- Responsible for recruitment process (posting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, etc.) Handle onboarding of new employees (employment contract preparation, creating employee profile, conducting onboarding screening checks, etc.) and employees exits Manage all work pass applications and renewals Register Capital Markets staff for required examinations Collect training data from Department Heads and update the training register monthly Conduct annual employee screenings Analyse and present annual internal Employee Survey results Update HR procedure manuals to ensure compliance with regulatory / statutory requirements in a timely manner Prepare HR documents for internal and external audits Complete surveys issued by government institutions (e.g., MAS, MOM, etc.) Draft internal memos and announcements as needed Organize staff events Ensure high level of employee engagement through effective monitoring of employee feedback Oversee Branch's external communication to promote employer branding Recommend initiatives to increase employee value proposition Provide support in various HR activities or initiatives as assigned Assist in projects and tasks as assigned by the Branch General xjliken Manager Job Requirements The ideal candidate would have/be:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field of study Min.
