Junior IT Incident and Change Manager (m/f/d) Field of Activity: IT Division: Organization/IT/Administration Location: Luxembourg Career Level: Junior/Entry-Level Employment: Full-time Start Date: As soon as possible What to Expect Support in IT incident management—particularly in coordinating and tracking incidents, as well as major incidents and escalations Participation in post-incident analyses (root cause analysis) and in developing sustainable measures Supporting the coordination of the change management process—from initiation through evaluation and approval to the tracking of changes (standard, normal, emergency), in compliance with regulatory requirements Supporting the continuous improvement of change and incident processes Collaborating on the further development and optimization of the tools used for change and incident management, particularly OpenText SMAX and Jira Support in the creation of process documentation, analyses, and reports Advising and supporting stakeholders on questions regarding processes, risk assessment, and best practices Gradually taking on your own areas of responsibility and developing into a competent point of contact for change and incident management What You Bring to the Table A successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable vocational training Initial practical experience in IT service management, change management, or incident management Basic knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly in change, incident, and problem management—ITIL certification is a plus Initial experience working with ITSM tools—knowledge of OpenText SMAX or Jira is desirable Basic understanding of release and deployment processes, as well as change and risk management Interest in major incident processes, crisis communication, and the structured handling of IT disruptions An analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work Enjoyment of collaborating with various stakeholders and of continuously improving processes Willingness to familiarize yourself with regulatory requirements in the financial sector—knowledge of DORA, BAIT, MaRisk, or GDPR is a plus Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English What We Offer Company pension plan Free parking 34.5 vacation days per year EGYM Wellpass Flexible work schedules Jobticket Bank locations near the border Social Events Wide Range of Training Opportunities Employee-Discounted Company Cafeteria Work-Life Balance Benefits may vary depending on location and employment status.
